Job Vacancies

We are currently seeking to fill the following positions for our busy network operation in Saltley, Birmingham.

  • Customer services administrator, permanent full time Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
    Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, ideally prior CS experience.
    Main tasks will be dealing with clients and partners via telephone, email and messaging via our system, running reports, resolving queries and general admin work.
  • Transport administrator, permanent part time 4 or 5 hours per day (Ideal to fit in around school hours) Monday to Friday 09:00 (or 09:30) start.
    Similar to the above role but working out of the transport office, providing answers to incoming calls, updates on shipments, liaising with partners and other departments etc.
