By implementing ‘TraceNow’ technology via a smartphone, Linkline has vastly reduced the administrative process. The benefit is shared with its customers who can now see their deliveries signed for on a real time basis and gain a proof of delivery via its online portal within minutes. The software allows for a sign on glass confirmation and signature from the recipient, and also allows for the user to capture images of the freight and upload it if required. Through easily accessible statistics and data, the software enables Linkline to continually improve our efficiencies. Linkline views this development as another step towards offering the best distribution service possible for its customers, and future customers alike.
